Product Returns

Returns are subject to the applicable legislation in the European union. The Buyer has the right to return the product, that was bought in eshop spygear007.com, within 14 days after receiving it, with the exception of the exceptions provided for in the Retail Trade Rules and Article 6.228-10(2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer shall comply with the following conditions when returning the goods: • the returned goods are in their original, undamaged packaging • the goods have not been used • the goods have not been damaged • the goods have not lost their merchantable appearance, i.e. the original labels and protective films have not been removed from the goods • the returned goods are in the same condition as when received by the Buyer • The identification number of the goods is visible • The costs of returning the goods are payed by the Buyer
